Through illustrated postcards, notes, stickers, and occasional surprise goodies, you'll discover small moments of everyday life in Japan, from quiet cafés and hidden streets to seasonal traditions and local treasures.
Each envelope includes a hand-illustrated postcard (a real photo of Tokyo with Hop drawn into the scene), a sketch note with Hop's drawings and thoughts about the place, stickers, and occasional surprise goodies.

Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet? Letters are shipped on the last business day of each month. If you sign up any time during the month, your letter will ship on the last business day of that month.
When will I receive my letter? Can I track it? Hop's letters are sent via regular untracked mail on the last business day of each month. Letters typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. If your letter hasn't arrived within 6 weeks of shipping, please reach out at hello@unlocktokyo.com.
How can I update my address? You can update your address, payment details, and pause or cancel your subscription anytime from the customer portal. Feel free to reach out if you need help — hello@unlocktokyo.com.
